Lauren Carboni is a partner in Foley Hoag's Healthcare Department, based in the firm's Denver office. She advises healthcare providers and life sciences companies on regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, and litigation, including proactive compliance program design and government investigation response. Lauren also advises clients in the emerging regulated psychedelics and cannabis industries on licensing, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
