ACS DONATION POLICY STATEMENT

The Association of Cannabinoid Specialists is a not for profit corporation that is, in part, dependent on membership fees and the generosity of donors to fulfill its stated mission.

The policies and initiatives that the ACS adopts to accomplish its mission are developed and implemented exclusively by the ACS Board of Directors and the ACS leadership without input or interference from any outside source whatsoever.

ACS works to ensure that evidence presented in pursuit of its mission is free of bias or prejudice of any kind.

The ACS is extremely grateful to the donors who very generously contribute to its mission without compromising the integrity of that mission.

ACS LOGO USE POLICY

GENERAL MEMBERS

Current members in good standing may publicly state that they are members of the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists.  They may also use the ACS logo on their websites, social media accounts, or on printed material.  If a member leaves or does not renew their membership, or is deemed to no longer be in good standing, then they must refrain from all of the above and remove all logos from all materials immediately.

After the two year period, they must re-take and re-pass the then-current exam to continue to use this appellation.  Should they not re-take or re-pass the exam, or should they no longer be a member of Association of Cannabinoid Specialists in good standing, then they must refrain from all of the above and remove all logos from all materials immediately.
