We are seeking a results-driven part-time Contract Fundraiser with a strong background in sales and donor engagement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with corporate sponsors and high-net-worth individuals who share our vision for compassionate, evidence-based healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support from corporate and individual donors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, ensuring long-term support.
- Collaborate with our team to identify funding opportunities and implement targeted campaigns.
- Effectively communicate our mission, impact, and initiatives to potential donors through phone calls and emails to known contacts and to new contacts..
- Drive results by meeting and exceeding fundraising goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and develop lasting partnerships.
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector and donor management best practices.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Preference given for those who have experience with family offices and high net worth individuals
